Hire Rates from 1st March 2008  

 

All are subject to change without notice and are variable according to if they are permanent multiple bookings, number of hours booked, if they cross session parameters, if special equipment is requested, and purpose of use. The decision of the Trustees is final as to cost and if the letting is permitted within the terms of our lease. Charity Rates are at the discretion of the Trustees. Sometimes special deals are available to fill up gaps in our diary.

 

Bookings made before 1/3/08 will be at the pre 1st March rates

 

Hall  (Up to 80 people)                 £12.00 per hour

Lionel Beck Room  (25 to 30)     £11.00 per hour

Heritage Room  (16 to 20)          £10.00 per hour

Rooms 3 & 4  (3 to 4)                  £6.50 for up to 3 hours minimum charge   #. £2.00 per hour thereafter

Room 7    (Up to 10)                    £9.50 for up to 3 hours minimum charge   #. £3.00per hour thereafter

Room 20   (Up to 16 people)       £12.50 for up to 3 hours minimum charge #. £4.00 per hour thereafter

Children’s Parties Special conditions apply. To summarise  -  Weekends only, ALL children attending must be under 8 years of age on the day of hire, and the party must be cleared by 6 p.m. There must be adequate supervision.

Craft and Health Fairs  -  £70 for up to 6 hours (Hall only). Additional rooms extra, by arrangement.  -  Charity Rate £45 (as above). If at the weekend add £10.00 weekend surcharge.

 

Coffee Mornings  -  Hall or Room 20 at normal rate (above).  -  Charity Discounts available. If at the weekend add £10.00 weekend surcharge.

 

Weekend bookings in particular, must be agreed with the Trustees before confirmation, in order that we can arrange opening and closing cover.

 

We reserve the right to amend these rates without notice.

 

Booking Form

To download a 5 9 Booking Form or to fill in our online system, click on the link. If you use the online method it is advisable to telephone first to see that the time you want is available. Please ensure that all sections are completed.

Booking forms are also available at Reception. If using this method or the downloadable one,  it should then be returned to Reception at the Centre. After approval by the Trustees, you will be contacted to confirm that your booking is acceptable and available.
