Hire Rates from 1st September 2012.

  

All are subject to change without notice and are variable according to if they are permanent multiple bookings, number of hours booked and purpose of use. If special equipment is requested an addition charge may be incurred. The decision of the Trustees is final as to cost and if the letting is permitted within the terms of our lease. Charity Rates are at the discretion of the Trustees. Sometimes special deals are available to fill up gaps in our diary.

 

Hall                              (Up to 80 people)                         £13.50 per hour                

Lionel Beck Room  (Chairs for 20)                              £12.50 per hour                

Heritage Room       (Chairs for 16)                                £11.50 per hour                

Rooms 3 & 4            (Seats 3 or 4)                                   £5.50 per hour                      

Room 7                   (4 chairs, 2 more can be added)      £6.50per hour

Room 20                 (Chairs for 12)                                   £7.50 per hour

 

 All rates include the use of a kitchen, but must be requested at the time of booking.

 

At weekends there is an additional charge of £10.00 per booking.

 

 Children’s Parties Special conditions apply, Click Here. To summarise  -  Weekends only, ALL children attending must be under 8 years of age on the day of hire, and the party must be cleared by 6 p.m. There must be adequate supervision.   £52.00 for up to 3 hours. This includes the special weekend surcharge

 

 Craft and Health Fairs  -  £78 for up to 6 hours (Hall only). Additional rooms extra, by arrangement.  -  Charity Rate £60 (as above). If at the weekend add £10.00 Weekend surcharge.

 

 Coffee Mornings  -  Hall or Room 20 at normal rate (above).  -  Charity Discount available. If at the weekend add £10.00 Weekend surcharge.

 

Weekend bookings in particular, must be agreed with the Trustees before confirmation, in order that we can arrange opening and closing cover. 

 

We reserve the right to amend these rates without notice.

To download one or to fill in our online system, click on the link. Please ensure that all sections are completed.

Booking forms are also available at Reception. If using this method or the downloadable one,  it should then be returned to Reception at the Centre.

After approval by the Trustees, you will be contacted to confirm that your booking is acceptable and available.
