I am a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I am accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My counselling service, The Mooring Counselling Service, was set up in order to support people through times of change, challenge and loss. I also have experience of working with a wide range of other issues including stress and anxiety, low self- esteem, self-harming behaviours and relationship difficulties.
I offer individual face-to-face, telephone or online counselling sessions for adults. I also offer face-to-face counselling for young people.
